Cropsey Community Farm is a 25-acre farm located in New City, NY that dates back to the American Revolution and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Owned by Rockland County and the Rockland Farm Alliance, the farm provides USDA Certified Organic Produce to residents, farmers’ markets and local restaurants. Families can enjoy the farm’s seasonal events and festivals including U-Pick Strawberries in the summer, pumpkin picking in the fall and the annual Holiday Market. Cropsey Farm also features a Junior Farmers Program every summer where children learn about sustainable agriculture, healthy living and environmental stewardship.
